Using only the finest ingredients to create exceptional meals; Bosco Catering prides itself on our farm to plate model. We take every opportunity to use fresh produce grown produce from our greenhouse and local, as well as meats from animals reared on our farms at Bosco.
Venue Options
Bosco Catering services offer three 3 venue locations for your dining pleasure. Two indoor banquet halls as well as the outdoor option of the Falls Restaurant and bar. Each location offers adequate spacing for both large and small occasions. We take the stress out of hosting to ensure a truly memorable event.

About Us
The St. John Bosco Banquet Halls is a subsidiary of the St. John Bosco Career Advancement Institute, a Sisters of Mercy Sponsored Institution. St. John Bosco Career Advancement Institute trains at risk young men in the culinary arts, butchery, animal husbandry and barbering. The catering services offered by the banquet halls provides an opportunity for Bosco trainees to hone their culinary skills, taught at the Institute, as well as generate financial support for the Institute’s mission to provide skills training for some of the poorest and most needy members of our society
The Sisters of Mercy is an International Catholic Institution originating from the work of Sister Catherine McAuley. The Sisters of Mercy are committed by vows to serving the poor, sick and uneducated. St. John Bosco Career Advancement and Alpha Institute are empowered and supported to continue the mission of Jesus aimed at the affirmation and full development of human beings, made in the image of God. These educational institutions and the Sisters of Mercy collaborate with laity (e.g. teachers and counselors) and other religious in furthering the mission of the Church.
